I am writing this letter to let you know how happy I am to have had the
opportunity to use your services in the purchase of my Summer Resort.  You
took the care necessary to help us find the property that would best suit
our wants and needs.
You spent endless hours on the phone, finding listings sending them to me
every week through e-mail and then spending the day with me and my wife
every Saturday, until we found the property that you then worked endlessly
on getting all of our needs completed, to close the transaction. You set up
the inspections necessary, met with myself and the inspector for the entire
day. Chased down paper work for me for my mortgage.  Went to the Town Hall
to make sure all the proper filings were completed, and you even had an
attorney for me in the event that we did not have one of our own. You even
went so far as to go to the property and take pictures for me, when
requested by my mortgage company. You are a true professional. You were more
than a person can ask for when shopping for a Real Estate Agent. You really
